Visitors are welcome to our farm, but it is a workplace and we ask you to co-operate with our health and safety rules.

In an emergency
There are no landlines, please use mobile phone or UHF radio, farm channel is written on the entry sign.
Fire extinguisher & first aid kit are located in the implement shed in Woodhall yard, East side of Highway, Shed paddock on map.
The first aid trained people are Ben Tait 0427413385 and Andrew McCreary 0459347775, however the property is often unoccupied. If you require immediate medical assistance dial 000
The Emergency assembly point is at the implement shed.
Injury and incident reporting
All incidents, accidents and near misses must be reported to the owner/manager.
Incident report forms make up part of the management system.
If you don’t report an incident, accident or near miss, the business won’t get the opportunity to look at the situation that caused it. This means that it could happen again with far greater significance!
All injuries or illness must be entered in the injury record book. It is located on a clip board in Farm Office at Fairfield 13790 Midland Highway. Email office@riverleafarming.com.au as alternate
Children
Children should only be present with the approval of the owner/manager and must be supervised at all times.
Children are not to play in work areas including:
on machinery or in hay sheds;
dams or ponds.
silos or grainstore, at any time.
Children are not permitted as passengers in or on:
tractors, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), in the back of utes or trucks, or machinery.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted over gravel areas, make sure all butts are extinguished and disposed of safely. Take particular care during fire season. Note: Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle or building or near hay/haysheds or in stubble paddocks.
Personal health and hygiene
Ensure hands are washed, including children after being near animals and animal manure.
There are no toilet facilities available on the Woodhall property. Please find public bathrooms at in the Pioneer park at Evandale off Rodgers lane, search maps for “toliets, Evandale” on your device. These are approximately 5km from the property entrance.
Vehicles
Vehicles can park anywhere in the yard that does not obstruct stock ramps or sheds.
Call for assistance if you get stuck. Avoid driving in wet areas.
Please abide by speed limits and watch carefully for pedestrians.
